Tomorrow we celebrate our May New Moon! Our New Moon today is in Taurus bringing us some wonderful Earth energy that is going to help us to navigate everything going on. You are going to feel this energy wrapping around you, and it is reminiscent of standing in the woods after a rain with all the smells of the fresh earth and the woods dancing around you. As you spend time in that moment and look around you, you notice all the colors and how vivid they are. Everything seems more alive somehow. Take some time to engage all of the senses in the coming days. This came up in a reading last night that I was doing. In working with energy it is so important to engage all of the senses. It empowers you. It calms you and centers you. It’s a powerful practice to get into that will improve your overall health and well-being and your ability to work with energy.
