Venus brings us energy of love today and helps you to find the beauty in the world around you. It’s a wonderful day to focus on the relationships in your life. Energy of love will be strong today and it’s a great day to bring a bit of extra self-love into your life as well as to spend time with those that you love. Today is a great day for new opportunities so be sure to look for them. If you are working with magick today, choose to work with energy that involves love, relationships, new energy, peace and balance. It’s a great day to work with emeralds, rubies and copper.

Our Moon today is Waxing, First Quarter with 23% visibility. We are currently in the first Quarter of the Moon known as our Waxing Crescent Moon. We recently celebrated our New Moon and the illuminated part of the Moon is increasing. As the light of the moon increases know that it will also help to illuminate things in your life. This is a great time to seek information or to work on growing things that you wish to see happen in your life. Set intentions for what you want to work on and try to take steps towards them each day. It’s also a great time to make sure that you are on a path that truly aligns with what you want in your life. When looking to the Goddess you will find that often this lunar phase is compared to the Maiden Goddess. The Goddess in her Maiden aspect brings us energy of new beginnings. She reminds you to take time to play and to do those things that make you smile and bring you happiness. It’s a great time to allow yourself extra time to dream and to spend time being creative.
