Welcome July!

We somehow have found ourselves beginning the month of July! I always say that I feel like time is going by so fast.   As we begin this, the 7th month of the year, know that the number 7 brings us energy that helps us to connect more spiritually. It's a great month to spend some extra time out in nature and doing things that help you feel more connected to yourself and your spiritual self.  Our wonderful Sun is still bringing us some very long days and is going to bring us a lot of positive energy and clarity on our paths this month, which will help us to gain understanding of where we currently are.  If you've been feeling challenged, frazzled, and perhaps a bit confused by everything going on, you may find that July is the month to bring some added clarity and information that may help you to gain a greater understanding of things happening in your life.

Here in New England the fireflies are still incredibly active and we've been getting out when we can to go enjoy them knowing that there's just a little bit of time left.  We found a road near our house that is amazing for them! It's old farm land with small brooks, fields and not a lot of people! It can help when you are looking for fireflies.  There are so many of them on this road.  It's quickly become a favorite place for us to drive.  I also love the sounds of the tree frogs and crickets at night.  It's this beautiful chorus at night that I wish I could find some way to take with me all the time.  It's so relaxing!

We have some important events this month.  We celebrate our New Moon on the 14th of the month.  Our Full Moon is on the 29th of the month. You can find the July New Moon reading on the shop now. Nature is Your Mentor

 

 

I have had a lot of you write to me and to express interest in developing your intuitive gifts.  While things like meditation, astral travel, and psychic exercises can be important, I think that it's often the simple things that are overlooked.

In my opinion the best place to work on your gifts is when you are spending time outside. Everything in the world is made up of energy, from the people we encounter, to the animals that surround us, the trees, stones, water and on and on.  Every single thing consists of energy, and it's all linked together in this beautiful web that surrounds us.  

Everyone is sensitive to that energy on some level. I find that some of you are more sensitive than others.  Still others can take that energy and turn it into usable information.  That's what gives you your intuitive gifts.  Many of you who have found your way to working with me are here because you are gifted in working with energy. :) It's something that I'm quite passionate so I'm so happy to have you working with me!  

Your intuitive gifts are a lot like a muscle.  This means in order to develop your gifts or strengthen them, you need to use them.  One of my favorite methods and the one that I wanted to share with you today is going out and reading nature.  Not only will it help you to develop your gifts but it will help cleanse you and ground you at the same time which makes it easier for you to work with your gifts.  Your health and well-being has a direct impact on the strength of your gifts. 

So where do you start?

Find a path that you can walk in the woods.  Feel the dirt and pebbles crunch under your feet and try to feel the energy of the people who have walked there before you. 



Look at the trees around you and note their size, placement etc.  Find one that is older and spend a bit of time with it.  See if you can feel the energy moving through it and the things it has seen in its life.  I have a really old oak tree up the road from me that I am attached to. I  go and visit it whenever I can as I just love just being in it's presence.  It's on an old dirt road that use to lead to a part of town that's no longer there.  You can feel the carts and horses imprint in the dust of the road going by that old tree.  That's a picture of the tree above. :)) You can see how huge it is. 

Take a walk by a babbling brook or a lake and see what you feel.  Note the energy of the water, how calm it is and uplifting. Then take it a step further and try to feel the various animals that have come there to drink.

Find a quiet place to sit and just watch and listen.  Look for signs around you.  Watch the animals.  Ground and center and then be mindful of your energy.  Notice how much closer they come the calmer you are and the more you become one with Mother Earth.

We are a nature based religion.  I honestly dislike the word religion....  It's more important to be spiritual.  The roots of our spirituality come from the Earth and nature.  Don't look for answers in technology.  Seek them with the spirits and the energy that reside in the forest, for you could walk your path without ever picking up a book or looking on a computer and you would still learn all you need to know out there.     

Trust, feel, and love.

Full Moon Blessings!

 

I just wanted to drop into your inbox tonight to say hello and wish everyone a Blessed Full Moon!!!  

Our Full Moon tonight is in Capricorn. It's bringing energy that is going to help us to connect to our inner child and to figure out how we tend to our emotional needs today and for some of us how to tend to emotional needs that have been neglected throughout our lives.  There can be a lot to unpack there for some of us so take your time with things that may come up and be gentle.  It's paired with beautiful loving and nurturing energy so if you know you have things from the past you need to work on you will find that this Moon is bringing energy that will help you with that.  For some you are going to be finding that living parts of your childhood that you may have not had the chance to live is something that is going to be an important part of your life in the coming weeks and even months. 

Capricorn brings energy that helps you to build strong foundations and to begin positive routines in our lives.  You are going to find that you are more aware of the things happening in your daily life, where you are finding happiness and beneficial energy and where you aren't.  If you are someone who is a caretaker or someone who primarily focuses on others in life you may find that energy brings that focus onto you and what you need.  It may be a different but necessary focus for many of you.  Embrace it.  Taking care of yourself is so important.

Full Moon Blessings!

 

 

 Welcome to your June Full Moon!!  Our Moon this month is known as the Strawberry Full Moon, named for the strawberries that many of you will find in your local markets and roadside stands now.  One of my favorite memories of the beginning of Summer was going to pick strawberries. I'm quite sure more wound up in my mouth than in the basket when I was young as strawberries are one of my favorite foods. I'm always on the lookout for them each year.  Growing up we used to pair fresh strawberries with baking powder biscuits and a bit of whipped cream.  I've also heard this Moon referred to as the Honey Moon among other names for it being honey harvesting time.

Chakra Balancing Tarot Reading

 

Chakra Balancing Tarot Reading 

The word Chakra comes from the Sanskrit word for wheel. We have seven chakras or energy wheels as I like to think of them, in our bodies. They help to influence our personal energy. With this reading we are going to take a look at each of your seven chakras and dig a bit into the energy that they are bringing you and how it connects to things currently happening in your life. For example, Your Root Chakra helps you to feel grounded and safe and can help influence how secure or stable you feel in your life. With the card for your root chakra we are going to look at this chakra, any issues you may have with it, and what you can do to improve you feeling more secure in your life. After we have gone through the seven Chakras we will look at what Chakra is your strongest right now, which one you could use a bit more help with and any advice your guides may have for you.

I went back and forth between giving one card for each Chakra or two and I landed on letting you decide! There is a base version of the reading that includes one card for each Chakra and if you would like to dig deeper the expanded version gives two cards for each Chakra. The Magick of Basil

 

I’ve had an herb garden now for over 10 years and I just love it.  Through the years it’s expanded and I’ve added different varieties of herbs based on what is working and what I find myself using a lot of.  One of those herbs has taken over almost half of my herb garden and has found a place in my home as well in my kitchen and on my desk, Basil.

I can never seen to get enough basil.  One of my favorite ways to have it is in herbal tea.  I drink basil tea at least once a day.  I have large leaf basil that is incredible on top of tomatoes with a bit of provolone cheese in the Summer.  It goes amazing in soups, on salads, on pastas, eggs, salsa and even guacamole. It’s a wonderful herb to work with.

I have several types growing in my garden.  My favorite, and the one that takes up most of the room is the sweet basil. It’s the one that I have had the most consistent time growing. I have also had some pretty good success with the large leaf  or lettuce basil.  This year I have Cinnamon basil that I am trying again.  It hasn’t done well in other years but the weather has been different here in New England so we are giving it another try along with Cardinal, Thai and Holy Basil among the varieties I have out there. Basil comes in a lot of different varieties, the heartiest in my area definitely seems to be the traditional sweet basil that you see in the picture above.

Did you know that basil is a member of the mint family? I was surprised when I learned that as it doesn’t spread like the many varieties of mint I have in my yard or Agastache which is also of the mint family.

In magickal work basil is really incredible for spirit work.  It’s incredibly grounding yet it aids in astral and psychic work.  It also is an amazing herb for protection.  Perhaps that’s why I have so much of it!  It can attract prosperity and luck on your path which is always welcome.

To harvest the herb wait until the plant is old enough and then you just pinch the leaves to remove them.  When fall comes you can dry the remains of the entire plant before the frost comes.

The Astrological Season of Cancer

Welcome to the Season of Cancer the Crab. :) From June 21st to July 20th we are in the astrological sign of Cancer.  We kicked off the new astrological season with the Summer Solstice.  I just find that so fitting as I associate the crab with Summer.  I have spent many happy days building sandcastles that I hope they will want to come and spend time in on the beach.  Water is the element associated with the sign cancer and the two go quite well together. 

You are going to find that you have entered a time that it's going to be a bit easier to connect with your emotions and to get to the root of things that you are thinking and feeling.  It's no coincidence that it immediately brought me back to a childhood memory as you will find the energy this season helps you to connect to your childhood self and you may even find yourself taking some trips down memory lane.  

You are going to find yourself focused on things like self-care, tending to your emotional needs, making your foundation in life more secure and bringing the things into your life that you need.  It's a powerful time to work with self-love and nurturing energy.  Give yourself that extra room to be extra nurturing and kind to yourself and to tend to the things that you need in your life. 

This is a good time to reflect upon your life and to look for patterns in your ways of doing things or habits that are no longer in your best interest.  It's a great time to work with the energy of new beginnings as you will find the energy of Summer helps to bring energy of change and clarity to help you to find success in the things that you are doing.  

Cancer's ruling planet is the Moon.  Spend some extra time with the Moon in the coming weeks.  Hopefully wherever you may be the weather is nice and will make it comfortable to sit outside.  It's the perfect time to work with your intuition and to strengthen your spiritual path.

The Akashic Records

 

How many of you have heard of the Akashic Records? What would you say if I told you that you could go to a library that has a copy of every book ever written in the entire world, all perfectly preserved and accessible to you.  How about if one of those books had an entire history of not only your life, this life, but every life you’ve ever lived.  Would you be interested?

I’ve been studying the Akashic records for years now through various books and classes that I’ve been lucky enough to take. For those of you familiar with Edgar Cayce, he described the Akashic records as this:  “somewhere there is a universal hall of data about past lives, magic, healing, and spirituality. It does not exist on the physical plane but rather on a more psychic level. ”  It matters not what religion you are as pretty much every religion believes in the Akashic records in some form.

Through many years and many classes I have learned to access these records and it’s really amazing.  You will find experiences and visions can vary from person to person.  I typically see the Hall of Records as a white marble building. The marble almost seems to glow as you approach it.  I’m referring to it as marble but it’s quite possible that it’s something else, that’s just the closes description I can think of. 

When you walk inside it is just a huge library that seems to go forever.  Huge book shelved that go from the floor to the season with every book that you could possibly imagine. There is a beautiful place to sit with comfy chairs and a glass table and on that table I will always find the Akashic Records waiting for me.  This is a huge book…. it looks like an old antique book but the pages are incredibly clean.  The most wonderful thing about this book though is how you read it.  When I access the records this beautiful amber light forms around me and I can move through the book any way I wish.  Sometimes I see pictures, sometimes movies, sometimes words. I can go whichever way I choose depending on what I’m looking for.  Hopefully this description helps some of you who may be trying to learn.

It can be very helpful to learn to read them on your path or to have access to someone who can read them for you. For me, I’ve been able to pull additional details about past lives, and it’s helped me to remember things that were important to me this life.  As we travel through many lifetimes, the knowledge from each lifetime stays with us, but is not always accessible to us.  Reaching the Akashic records through meditation can help you with this. It’s helped me to understand some of my fears and work with them.  It’s helped me to understand why I excel in certain areas, and why I have advanced knowledge in things that I’ve not yet studied in this life.  I highly recommend both books, if this is something you wish to explore and you are ready.  You can also find Akashic Readings Tarot Readings available on my shop and I can access the records for you.

Collecting Tarot Cards

 

Over twenty years ago now I stepped into a shop, super nervous and excited because I was going to take my first tarot class.  I remember taking forever to choose my first tarot deck that I was told to choose for that class.  I went through so many websites looking for that perfect deck that called to me.  I finally settled on the Mystic Dreamer Tarot deck which is still my main deck to this day.  Little did I know I was choosing a deck that would become such a huge part of my life.

One of the things I remember about that class is the teacher telling me how many decks of cards that she said. She warned us that if we got into the tarot there was a very good chance that we would fall in love with the various art and voices that each tarot deck had and wind up with a collection of decks that called to us.  At the time she told us she had around a hundred decks.  I thought that was absolute madness at the time.  I have to laugh as I know my collection is quickly getting close to that today.

It started with just the Mystic Dreamer tarot and then I added a couple more.  They then got their own space on a shelf in my book case.  Then they had a shelf.  Today they have a bookcase and another small book case.  I love them all. They all have completely different energy and completely different stories of how they found their way to me.  There are so many that are used for different purposes. I have some that I love for Akashic records, Past Lives, Romance, Earth Work, Dragon Energy, Fairy Energy and more. Today I wanted to show you two that are really special in my collection that I love.  



The first is the Well Worn Path and Hidden Path by Raven and Stephanie Grimassi. Raven lived one town over from where I live so I was quite lucky to be able to attend several classes with him. If you haven't read his books I highly recommend them.  I was lucky enough to get a copy of both of his decks.  I have a special reading that features them on my shop here: The Hidden and Well Worn Path Tarot Reading

I also have a Last Unicorn Tarot deck.  For those of you who love the move and book the Last Unicorn you would love this deck.  I was lucky enough to be part of the original kickstarter for this deck so I have a very special edition that has bold trim and comes in a special box.  It was also signed by Peter Beagle the author of the Last Unicorn.  It's a deck that I treasure. Sensitives and Divination

 

So I have a theory that I’ve been working with for a little while now. I do believe that divination comes much easier to those of us who are sensitive. When we think about it everything in the world is made up of energy. As highly sensitives we are adept at feeling this energy. We are also naturally good at working with this energy. Many of us actually work with it in some way for a living. I do some work with people in person. I mainly work with empaths and sensitives as most of you know. So for the past few years, I have been playing with this concept. I can’t tell you how many times I have put a pendulum into the hands of someone who is sensitive and they’ve had it working in a matter of seconds. It’s actually become a bit of a validation test for me. Shhhhh…. don’t tell. 🙂 I love my triple-checking on things. I’ve also noticed those that are people who are not sensitive can’t get the pendulum to move at all.

Divination is a form of interpreting information from our guides, typically sent through energy, and reading the energy of the universe. That is my definition. Let’s take a look at a Dictionary definition to help us gain a greater understanding.

From Merriam Webster: Definition of DIVINATION
1: the art or practice that seeks to foresee or foretell future events or discover hidden knowledge usually by the interpretation of omens or by the aid of supernatural powers
2: unusual insight: intuitive perception

Supernatural powers? I choose to call it a gift but… So why in the world am I giving you definitions. I know the majority of you who subscribe to Moonsong Daily Magick if not all of you are highly sensitives, and about 3/4 of you are empaths. We are a specialized group and I love that. I believe everything in life happens for a reason, and it’s no accident that we were brought together. You are exactly where you are supposed to be. If you have found your way to my work online you are right where you are meant to be.

When I first picked up a pendulum, I knew how to read it right away. I’ve actually challenged myself by using many other things as a pendulum and I am shocked that it works pretty much every time. The craziest thing I used was tire off of a tricycle hung by some sort of bungy cord-type rope. I had someone who was challenging me for fun one night, and it worked! If you work with pendulums have you tried using other objects as pendulums? Do some experimenting and see what happens. If you’ve not tried a pendulum before I urge you to pick one up and try one.

The reason I use a pendulum as an example is for me, it’s the easiest to see. For some of you with stronger gifts of sight, you may actually even be able to see the energy radiating on the pendulum. For those of you who can’t see energy, if you’ve ever noticed heat radiating off of a car on a super hot summer day, it looks a bit like that. You can actually see the ripples. This is an excellent way to start learning to see energy by the way for those of you who might be interested. When one is taught to read the pendulum, more often than not they are taught to do some sort of ritual ahead of time before using it. Part of the reason for this is to raise your energy vibration. For those of us who are sensitive our energy vibrations are elevated pretty much all the time. 😉

Why do I want you to do this? I know many of you are like me. Sometimes our gifts are difficult because we can’t always see them? It’s nice to have something tangible once in a while and this pendulum experiment is a nice little way to demonstrate your own gifts to you. Is it going to work for everyone, and if it doesn’t work does it mean you aren’t sensitive? No. If it doesn’t work take note of how you’re feeling at the time you’re trying it. Note your mood, environment, etc, and try again at a different time. However, I would put money that it will work for the majority if not every single one of you.

Spirit Insect Identification

 

Many of you know how much I love animals.  I love spending time with them and working with their energy. I also enjoy a lot of different insects from ladybugs to butterflies, moths, crickets, spiders, bees and so many others.  We actually have an insect rescuing cup and paper in the house so that if we find one we can let it out so the cats don’t get it.  We have several resident spiders in our house that we enjoy that have various homes. 

Insects can be like spirit animals in the energy that they bring you.  If you have cats keep crossing your path or crows that keep coming to you, you can look up what energy they bring you and it may help you to understand what they are trying to tell you or what energy they are trying to bring you.  What about insects? They are similar! 🙂 Butterflies bring energy of freedom and that energy can be different depending on their color.  So for instance a blue butterfly can bring emotional freedom, yellow can be freedom in finding happiness.  Neat right?

So what if you have an insect that you keep seeing or that really calls to you and you don’t know what it is? I have a great website for you!  It’s called Insect Identification.  One of the most valuable pages that they have is their bug identification page.  It gives you options to try to identify bugs by type, shape and even state.  We have used it to figure out what bug we are seeing outside or even in our house so many times.  It can be a lot of fun! 🙂 There is even an option with the shapes to remove ones that you know it isn’t if you aren’t sure what it is! It’s an incredibly helpful tool if you are looking to identify bugs.  Then you can look up what energy they are bringing for you.  Many of them you can look up what they are and spirit animal and it will give you results. If that doesn’t try what they are and metaphysical energy.

Creating a Manifestation Spell Box

 

One of the things that you can do to enhance the energy that you are working on to manifest what you want it to start a manifestation spell box.

This box can be any box that you choose and I think it’s best to choose a box that speaks to you or that you personally love.  You may choose a beautiful wooden box, an antique box or maybe you want to use a shoe box that you decorate yourself.  Choose a box that is special to you for some reason that you wouldn’t mind working with for a long time and designate that as your manifestation box.

If you can find a home for your box near your altar, that is something I definitely recommend. If not, choose a spot where it will be safe from kitty familiars or the shuffling of everyday life in the home.  In this box place pictures of what you want to manifest, trinkets that make you think of what you wish to manifest, or even slips of paper with what you wish to manifest on them. 

Take your box on the night of the New Moon and the Full Moon and review the objects in there that you wish to manifest.  Leave your box out on a windowsill where it can catch the moonlight on the night of the Full Moon to increase its energy.  As you accomplish what you wish to manifest in your life you can remove the items associated with what you wanted to manifest from your special box.

New Moon Blessings!!! Welcome to our New Moon for June! How many of you are ready for a bit of a reset? When we celebrate our New Moon each month we celebrate the beginning of a new lunar cycle and often the energy that the Moon brings on that night helps to set the pace for the entire lunar cycle. Our Moon tonight is in Gemini and it's bringing a powerful energetic reset. The first part of 2026 was intense for a lot of you and I know many of you have been navigating various shake ups and challenges in your life. If you have worked with the challenges and energy that has come your way you should find yourself standing in a bit of a different place than the beginning of the year and this is a good time to take a deep breath and look around! You should hopefully find yourself standing in a place that is more in tune with who you truly are and I do hope all of you are experiencing more inner peace in your life. Today is a powerful time for a mental reset. Take a ritual bath or shower and include scents like lavender and/or vanilla. Both are powerful for helping to remove any energy that may not be in your best interest and helping you to connect with your intuition and yourself. Take a long walk in the woods or take part in another activity that helps you to clear your mind. Be sure to spend a bit of time with the energy of the New Moon and the night this evening. There is a stillness in the night energy that will help you to reset your personal energy and your mind. This is a great time to think about things that you want to do with the coming days, weeks and even months. The energy of this Moon is bringing energy that is not only going to help you with this lunar cycle, but it will also help you with the direction that you want to take your life in for the rest of this year. You may want to start a new notebook today. You have to love beginning a new notebook right? On the first page write wishes that you want to work on. On the second page start a list of things that you want to explore or learn more about in the coming weeks. This is a powerful time for new beginnings. Gemini brings energy of new beginnings and curiosity. As you move through this lunar cycle you should find a variety of options and opportunities moving in around you. The Energy Vibrations in the World Around You

 

Everything in the world is made up of energy.  Some people are more sensitive to that energy than others. If you can take that energy that you are picking up on and turn it into usable information, that is what will make you a gifted intuitive.  You will find that you can be more sensitive to some energy types than others.   For instance, if you are an empath, you can not only sense the emotions of others, but your body will actually allow you to feel what they are feeling, helping you interpret that energy.  I can sense the energy from the past.  If I walk into a place, I can often tell you what happened there simply by feeling different emotions and seeing visions.  When I read the cards for you, I am tapping into your energy to do that. If you want to develop your sensitivity to energy, the best way to do that is to work with it. 

As you move through life, pay attention to the energy around you and how you respond to it.  You may find that you can feel it in your body, maybe your fingertips tingle, maybe your stomach sends you signals.  Pay attention to how it makes you feel.  Do you feel fear all of a sudden or anxiety, or perhaps you are somewhere peaceful and calm?  If your moods change rapidly, it may have something to do with where you are.  The more you observe yourself in different situations and understand how you respond, the better you will be able to do in the future to interpret what you are getting from the energy around you.

Visiting places like old cemeteries or historical sites is a fantastic way to start.  Try to choose places that are easier at first and away from a lot of people.  It will help you isolate what you are picking up on.  When I started working on my skills, I used to look for cellar holes in the woods.  They are a great place to start by trying to sense the energy of whoever used to live on that particular area of land.  You can do the same if you can tell where old property lines used to be in the woods.  Another way to do it is to pick a single residence and see what you can pick up on, or maybe one specific object.  If you walk into a place like an antique store, you may find that you are picking up things all over the place, but it may be hard to separate what it is that you are picking up on. 

For those of you who live with furbabies, try to feel the energy from your furbaby. 🙂 This is a fun exercise that many of you will find is easy and that you will be good at.  It’s another wonderful starting place.  Be patient with yourself and try all different things.  Keep a notebook of what you are sensing and when.  In time, you will learn how you are able to feel energy and eventually be able to start interpreting it.

My Favorite Herb Trio for Empaths

 

I wanted to take the next couple of day and do something special with you. I wanted to focus on herbs and teach you to do something special with them.  With the gardening season in full swing I thought it was the perfect time!! Today we are going to start with what three of my favorite herbs are for empaths.  

These are a few of the herbs that I use in my practice pretty much every day.  I truly love them.  In the picture above you can see Loki with two of my favorites, lavender and basil.  This picture was from a couple of years ago but I love that it had two of my favorites in it and of course, Loki. :)) 

Today I have both of these herbs outside in my gardens as well in several different varieties as they are my favorite.  The other herb that we are going to work with today is Mint.  I have several varieties of that in my gardens. I have Chocolate Mint, Apple Mint, Spearmint and I think the Peppermint is going to make it back.  There may be another type out there in the garden as well!   You can choose any variety that you like the properties will be similar if not the same.

Why did I choose these three herbs?  Basil is an amazing herb to use for protection.  It's a gentle but incredibly effective herb that also tends to help remove energy that isn't in your best interest and replace it with positive energy helping to increase your balance. 

Lavender is incredibly calming.  I can never seem to get enough lavender in my life.  I have this amazing hand cream that combines Lavender and Neroli and it smells so amazing! It's one of my current favorites to use while doing readings.  Lavender also will help you to stay balanced in your life.  It also has great energy for magickal work! I often will have a lavender tea when I am reading as it's energy is amazing to work with and I find it helps.  Sometimes tapping into your intuition is easier when you are relaxed and your energy is open and I find lavender does that. 

The final herb I chose for this is Mint.   Mint helps to provide mental clarity.  I use to bring peppermints to my college classes to focus when I had tests.  It's something that stuck with me and you will almost always find a bag of peppermints next to my desk when I need a pick me up to help me focus on what I'm doing.  Mint is an incredibly healing herb that also helps to bring you courage and confidence empowering you in your life.  

The three together make a powerful combination to use in teas, salves or aromas.  See if you can work them into your practice and your life and you will find they can be a great combination to assist you with your energy.

Welcome June!

 

Welcome to June!!! We are almost to the mid-point of the year and I know a lot of you have been navigating some changes in your life! It's a great time to take a deep breath and look around.  How has your life changed in the last 6 months? How are things changing around you? 

Here in New England everything is the most beautiful shade of green.  If you go out for a drive at night or listen carefully you might catch the last of the peepers. :) Instead the June night song has started with the tree frogs and crickets.  Soon we will have fireflies and I always get excited to go out on firefly drives.  I think I saw one the other night but I'm not sure. It's one of my favorite times to live here in New England.  Everything is so magickal.  

With June we are entering the 6th month of the year.   The number 6 brings energy of love and empathy.  It's healing and protective and you will find that it can help you to find inner peace and harmony.This is going to be an amazing month. It's also a time that you can get a very special reading that is only available twice a year, the 13-Moon Tarot Reading. 

We celebrate Litha and the Summer Solstice this month on the 21st! I just put the readings up for you! :) They are in the Limited Edition section of my shop. The signs of Summer being on the way are everywhere as the temperatures heat up and the colors of the flowers go from those beautiful pastels into the bright hues that only Summer time here in New England brings.  We are currently waiting for all the different lilies that we have in the yard to open.  

Earth energy is moving in to make it's presence known around us and if you can, spending some extra time outside will help you to connect with it.  Our Full Moon is on June 29th and this is our Full Strawberry Moon.  I love strawberries!! They are my favorite and I've already had them in the house.

Full Blue Moon Blessings!

 ***The Full Moon is at 4:33 in the morning EST on May 31st so I wanted to get you all of the Full Moon information today.****

This is it! The big day is here! Today we celebrate our second Full Moon in May making it a Full Blue Moon.   This has been a big month of change! We started the month with a Full Moon on Beltane, the first of the month.  We are ending the month with a Blue Moon in Sagittarius. This Blue Moon is going to help to bring us clarity of what has been happening in our lives and where we are standing now. I'm guessing that many of you have had some big changes happening in your lives this month.  The energy this month also helped you to finish up some changes that started at the end of 2025.  For many of you, if you look at where you are standing in your life compared to last year you have some big changes to look at.  Hopefully you are happy with the changes! :)

At the beginning of the year I told you that 2026 was going to be an absolutely massive year for learning who you truly are and ensuring that you are walking a path that is authentic to you.   The energy this month has no doubt helped you with progress for that this year.  If you are a Virgo, Gemini, Sagittarius or Pisces this has been some bigger energy for you! This is an important time to trust in your intuition.  You may find yourself going down paths that you never thought you would be going down in your life.  Please know that this doesn't mean they are wrong! Listen to that intuition and follow the things that align with who you truly are and what you want and this will help you to ensure that you are where you are meant to be. 

I mentioned that our Moon is in Sagittarius tonight.  It's bringing energy that is going to put a huge emphasis on living a life that is authentic to who you are. I know I keep bringing it up and it's because it's going to be an important part of the movement that you are experiencing in 2026 but the energy around you now is going to have a huge influence on where your path is going in 2026 and for some of you, you may find that this energy has a profound influence on your life. Please know that sometimes the paths that you are being called to may not have all the information that you need to commit to them.  When that happens focus on taking steps towards what you want and you will find that the path will reveal itself in time. Sometimes when change is really big it can take some time for all the pieces to fall into place.

Something else that is important to note, is that we are coming off of some powerful energy of change, not just this month but over the last year to two years for many of you.  You may find that you aren't the same person as you were and you may be standing in a different place.  This is an important time to check in with yourself and to see what you are thinking and feeling.  If things are feeling overwhelming break it into small manageable pieces.  For some of you, you may find that releasing the past is difficult yet that may be exactly what you need to do in order to get to where you need to go.  This may be some challenging energy that you are dealing with but if you keep an eye on what you want and where you want to go you will find that you will get there.  If you have attachments to people, places or things from the past, this may be where you need to do the most work is figuring out how to let go.  Look to the changes that you need and want to make in your life and move towards them.  While things may be challenging there is a lot of potential in this energy.  Don't let it go by you.  Jump in and use it to help you to move towards what you want!

There is big energy of expansion, growth and exploration moving around you now.  Honor that! See where it takes you! There's so much to explore and have fun with now.  You may find that there is the potential for your life to move in ways that you never dreamed possible. This is something that you definitely don't want to miss out on!

Your Ancestral Connection

 

Where do you come from? Who is in your family? How much do you know about the people who came before you in your family?   I've always been very inquisitive of this my entire life and to be honest, when I get time, it's one of my favorite things to research.   You would be amazed to realize how much who you are today can be a part of your families history.  I'm not just speaking of Mom and Dad, but go back as many generations as you possibly can.  For those of us whom are gifted with being sensitive and empaths, this can ring even more true, as your gifts often are hereditary.  If you are a witch today I would not be surprised at all if you have witches or powerful healers in your line somewhere.  Do you know where they are? What countries they came from? What were their gifts? 

Who is in our past can also have an effect on us as many times, our ancestors will serve as our guides in this life.  Thus, if you can learn more about them it can deepen your connection to them as well.  You would be surprised how many of us have guides that are our ancestors.  Sometimes learning about the people who are in our family tree can help us to make connections with the spirit guides that are working with us.  I have one that is an explorer that I learned about and made a connection with. I have another that felt like a druid to me and helps me with my connections to animals and I did find a druid way up on my father's line. I was lucky enough to have a very clear line on his site going up the paternal line as there were some famous explorers making it easier to find documented information.

Another interesting parallel that I've been finding is that my ancestors tend to come from places that have been in my past life regressions.  So while I've not formed an opinion on if we come back in the same family line, it does make me wonder if some of those people I've been researching had ties to me in a past life.  Something to think on...

Another factor is how our bodies handle life.  For example exposure to the sun.  My background is primarily French and Italian so the sun and I tend to get along well, however a friend of mine is Scandinavian, and he needs to use a bit of caution in the sun.  Ok for a lot of you that one was probably a pretty obvious connection.  But how about the foods you eat? Have you noticed you are sensitive to certain foods? What types of foods does your body respond best to? 

You'd be amazed how much information you can learn and how much it can directly pertain to you.  Ancestry.com is a site that I use when I can.  You may want to check your local library.  Ours has a membership that you can access for free when you are there. It's incredibly helpful when learning about ancestors.  They also offer free trials from time to time.   Have fun!
