Today you step onto a new path....you are at a place in your life that you never have been before and there is so much potential in the new energy waiting for you on your upcoming path. In numerology, 2025 was a number 9 year. It was the end of a powerful chapter and time in your life. Many of you found yourself letting go of things and working with that energy of the snake to shed things in your life to make room for new beginnings. 2026 is a number 1 year. It's a beginning of a brand new chapter. It is now time to rise up and rebuild. This is the year that you are going to learn to be true to yourself and to find the path that you are meant to be walking. It’s going to be an empowering year and a magickal year for those of you who choose to come back to your roots and allow yourselves to shine bright like you should!
Choose to do something today that really sets the pace for how you want this year to go. Spend an extra minute or two wiggling those toes in the morning, or waking up with your morning tea or coffee. Take things at your pace today and give yourself time to really enjoy all the wonderful things that are meant to happen in your life. Take a bit of extra time with friends, family and loved ones or grab some extra quiet time with a favorite fur baby and book. No matter where you are today and what you choose to do today, make it something that brings you so much happiness and love. Choose something to do that will set the pace for the energy in 2026. That way that energy will follow you throughout the entire year.
A few years ago now I saw a wonderful idea somewhere in my travels to make a jar for the year. Throughout the year, as good things happen, write them down on tiny slips of paper and collect them in that jar. Then at the end of the year read them all. It's a great way to keep positive energy moving in the direction that you want it to go and you will find that it's also a great way to take some memories with you this year.
